Cold cold very cold !! Breeda and Gerard were married back in November in St Marys Cathedral in Killarney and held their reception in the Heights Hotel later that evening .

The most common question couples ask themselves, for better or worse, seems to be: What’s it going to cost us to hire a photographer?
That question does not align itself with expectations of finding an out-of-this-universe, sensational photographer. A better question – or series of questions – would be:
After all, what happens to the rest of the day? Flowers wilt. Cake and champagne disappears. The groom’s tuxedo will go back to the shop. The bride’s veil likely won’t blend with the dress code at the office. But photographs……………..
There are so many photographers out there – be careful not to put price before Quality. Do your research, look for other people’s views and experiences, always meet with your photographer, if possible. There are also many very expensive photographers out there, equally don’t fall in to the trap of “they’re expensive they must be good “. Make sure you are comfortable in their presence and that you feel you can talk to him/her about any aspect of your big day not just the photographs.

Maryanne & Tim were married back in September .The weather on the day was perfect and we headed to the golf club for photographs.Maryanne looked just amazing on the day.The two of them just bounced off each other all day and it certain show in the photographs.

The church was Clonkeen and the reception Kenmare . Carmel from Kerry and Anthony from Cork decided the day before this years All Ireland between the two countys was an ideal day to tie the knot .Things went smoothly on the day much smoother than on the Sunday for the Rebels sorry Anthony.

Back in the Rebel county for this one and just a few days before this years all Ireland.
Confidence was high in the Cork camp but that didnt last for the whole weekend but we wont go into that now will we !!!!
The Church was Dromagh one of my favorite in Cork and the venue was quiet a drive down to the scenic Sneem Hotel over the border and back into the kingdom.

Susan & Chris live in Surrey in England and came all the way to Gougan Barra for there big day .
They held their reception in the scenic Inchydoney Spa Hotel.

Family wedding so had to be on my toes here ! Tommy is my first cousin and I was delighted when he asked me to cover his wedding .Tina is from Waterville so the church and venue were down in her territory, a masterful stroke as the day was incredible .We headed down to the beach and after to the Lake . Tommy and Tina needed no guidance they just hopped of each other it aws great .Tommy was very much the cat that got the cream !!

Hello Everyone 2010 has arrived & boy is it cold?! We’re only back to work today as we had six weddings in the six days after Christmas, so decided to take the last two days off to spend with the kids before they go back to school. However it looks like now it will be Monday before the schools open so may squeeze in another half day! I will update the blog with the remaining weddings from last year this week before we start with the two we covered already this year so watch this space …………
